Customer Service

We offer the following:

• Cushioned floor mats with slip-resistant rubber backing for added comfort.
• Exercise minimum of three (3X) daily at no additional cost in an off-leash area with an 8’ high fence allowing more interaction such as fetch or tag, with a human handler who also monitors our guest’s bathroom business, for potential problems. We also offer restricted exercise programs for the geriatrics, or those with mobility limitations. We have 3 separate play areas.
• Additional exercise is available for a moderate fee of $10.00 per half hour. GST is extra.
• Socializing upon request, at our discretion, provided we have other customers interested in the same service.  Socializing is closely monitored for safety.
• Disinfect and clean the indoor floors every time your fur buddy goes out to play. Thermostatically controlled heated floors.
• Indoor accommodation with access to private outdoor space (4X20 combined area) in addition to the play area.
• Substitute walks or petting time for animals who may not, or would not benefit from the off-leash playground.
• Privacy panels between guests to prevent fence fighting and reduce cross contamination.
• Canopy on outdoor runs for protection from inclement weather.
• Tarped outdoor gates buffer the wind during the winter and add shade during the summer.
• Fan cooled room for climate comfort, that also provides the air exchange required for improved air quality.
• Stainless steel diners (bowls) that are washed and replaced daily.
• Water is readily available both day and night and is monitored for appropriate fluid intake volume.
• Loading or unloading deck for your convenience.
• Grooming available for our guests at reasonable rates (nails, baths, brushing, and utility haircuts).
• We use Whatsapp and signal messaging apps with our cell number should you want progress reports.
